Our RECONDITIONING process is a low-cost, long-term service plan.

To keep your surface maintained over time, it is important to use our unique RECONDITIONING process. For exterior applications every 3 to 4 years we like to perform this process which will restore the sheen and non-skid material to keep your exterior surface looking new for generations. For interior surfaces, we recommend a RECONDITIONING every 6 to 10 years.

Although Cultured Concrete will reach a compressive strength of 7,800 PSI (pounds per square inch), it is not indestructible. We have the ability to repair anything that may come in to play, including wear & tear or cracks commonly caused over time by settling.
